It was a tough time for all EPL bettors last weekend with a bulk of underdogs saluting in bizarre circumstances. We now turn our attention to this weekends action where we’re confident we have some winners on the way. Check out our best picks below and good luck if following!
EPL Matchday 11 Betting Picks
Burnley vs Everton
Saturday, 7:30am ET
Burnley were able to secure their first win of the season two starts back when they trumped Crystal Palace at home, but the Clarets weren’t able to build any momentum from that match as they were thumped 5-0 by Manchester City last weekend. They come into this in second last spot on the table with just five points to their name.
Everton started off the season in inspired form and looked as though they’d be right in the mix for a top four finish come season’s end; however, wins have dried up of late and they’ve now lost four of their past five league fixtures, which has seen them slip to eighth on the table.
Neither club would be brimming with confidence as they approach Matchday 11, but we still fancy the Toffees are good odds here. They’re the far better of the two clubs when they’re on song, and they get the perfect opportunity to bounce back with a win at Turf Moor.
Chelsea vs Leeds United
Saturday, 3pm ET
Chelsea were unable to find a goal in their most recent league outing against Tottenham, which ended in a nil-all draw. They were able to get back on the winners list in the Champions League midweek however, which extended their unbeaten run in all competitions to 12.
Leeds United continue to impress in their first season back in England’s top flight. They upset Everton at Goodison Park last weekend (1-0), which was their fourth win from 10 games this season in what’s been a pretty tough schedule.
Chelsea certainly come into this match in great form and their unbeaten run will tell you that; however, Leeds have shown the ability to play up to the level of the best teams in the competition and get another chance to prove themselves on Saturday afternoon. An upset win for the away side certainly wouldn’t shock us, but we’ll be playing the conservative route and taking them to win or draw at nice odds.
Tottenham Hotspur vs Arsenal
Sunday, 11:30am ET
Tottenham Hotspur secured an impressive away point against an in-form Chelsea unit last weekend, which was enough to hold onto top spot on the table for another round. The Spurs are now seven games unbeaten in all competitions and have two of the front-runners in the Golden Boot race in Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min.
Arsenal would be jealous of the success of their cross-town rivals this season, as the Gunners just can’t seem to build any sort of momentum. After winning their opening two league fixtures, Arsenal have managed to secure just seven points from their last eight matches, and as a result, come into this weekend sitting all the way down in 14th spot on the table.
The North London derby is always an intriguing matchup and this weekend’s edition will be no different. Of the two clubs, Tottenham are by far the form team at the moment and will start as the odds-on favorites as a result. We still see some value in their price to win at home and are more than happy to be with them here.
