Last week was one of those weeks you dream of as an NFL gambler! Total Sports Picks and followers went 9-4 on the week and finished 4.6 units in profit! That takes our season tally to 81-79 but due to staking, we are a healthy 13.9 units up on the season.
Week 13 in the NFL kicks off on Thursday night with the Cowboys taking on the Saints and culminates on Monday night with a blockbuster between the Patriots and Bills. We have betting picks for every game below.
NFL Week 13 Betting Picks
Dallas Cowboys at New Orleans Saints
Thursday 2nd December, 8.20pm (ET)
Week 13 action gets underway on Thursday night as two teams who desperately need a win face off. The Saints have lost their last four games on the tror, the most recent of which a 31-6 defeat at the hands of the Bills on the weekend. They have allowed 30.25 points per game across those four, much higher than their season average of 22.6 per game.
The Cowboys lost in overtime to the Raiders on Thanksgiving, making it two straight losses. Luckily for them, they still hold a two game advantage in the NFC East, and a win here would go a long way to wrapping up the division. If they can manage to get through this game, the Cowboys have a very winnable stretch of games that see them play NFC East opponents in four of their last five to round out the season.
I really like the overs here. Conditions at Mercedes Benz Superdome will obviously be perfect for scoring and these two teams have been in some shootouts of late. The Saints last five games have resulted in an average of 53 total points per game. The Cowboys and Raiders also put up 69 points last week under a dome.
Denver Broncos at Kansas City Chiefs
Sunday 5th December, 8.20pm (ET)
After a rough patch in the middle of the season which saw them lose four of six games, the Chiefs have bounced back to win their last four in a row and they now sit atop the AFC West division with a 7-4 record. They’ll need to keep their foot to the floor though, as all three division opponents currently have a 6-5 record. They get the opportunity to distance themselves from one of those teams this week as they face the Broncos on Sunday night football.
The Broncos had a solid win over the Chargers in Week 12 to keep themselves in contention in the divsion. They have won three of their last four games and have one of teh best defenses in the league, allowing just 17.8 points per game.
The Chiefs start as healthy 10 point favourites at home but I’m opting to side with the Broncos for a small wager here. As we mentioned above, their defense has only allowed more than 30 points on one occassion this season, which I think is what the Chiefs will need to score to cover this line.
New England Patriots at Buffalo Bills
Monday 6th December, 8.15pm (ET)
The Patriots are arguably the best team in the NFL at the moment. They have won their last six games on the trot and in those games, they have allowed a measley average of just 10.5 points. They have the best defense in the league, allowing just 15.8 points per game and they have a fantastic chance to pull clear in the AFC East with a win over their main competitors, the Bills on Monday Night Football.
The Bills are just 1 win behind the Patriots and can draw level with them on Monday night with a win. They bounced back from a Week 11 loss to the Colts with a solid win over the Saints on Thanksgiving, but they have been inconsistent to say the least, alternating between wins and losses for the last seven games now.
Hard to bet against the Patriots with their current form. They will be looking to make a big statement here against their main AFC East threat, and they are even more appealing as underdogs. If the Bills inconsitency is to continue, you would think they will lose this one.
Arizona Cardinals at Chicago Bears

Washington Football Team at Las Vegas Raiders
