NBA Wednesday Betting Picks

Chicago Bulls at Milwaukee Bucks

Fiserv Forum, 7.30pm (ET)
The Bucks sit three games clear at the top of the Eastern Conference standings with three games to play. One more win this season will secure the 1st seed, which they’ll be hoping to achieve on Wednesday night to give their key players some rest before the playoffs get underway next week. They have won their last two on the trot, and are a conference best 31-8 at home this season.
The Bulls sit in 10th place in the Eastern Conference but are in no danger of falling out of the race for a play-in berth. They are four games clear of the trailing Packers, but could conceivably jump high enough to warrant a home play-in game with a strong last three games. They are coming off a disappointing 18 point loss to the Hawks on Tuesday night.
The Bucks start as 7.5 point favourites at home and you have to like them at that line. Not only are they leading the Conference in home record straight up, but they are 22-15 against the spread at home, having covered in their last three in a row at Fiserv. Back them to do so again on Wednesday night.

LA Lakers at LA Clippers

Crypto.com Arena, 10.00pm (ET)
The Lakers have won four in a row and are now sitting in 7th place in the Western Conference. They are tied with the LA Clippers in 6th place with a 41-38 record and a win on Wednesday night would see them out of the climb out of the play-in games with just two matchups to go. LeBron James has been the driving force in the Lakers resurection, averaging 20 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists in the four games since returning from injury.
The Clippers have lost their last two games and five of their last 10 and are currently without star forward Paul George, who has missed the last six games with a sprained right knee. The Clippers sit in 6th place in the Western Conference at the moment but could conceivably drop as low as 10th with three games remaining.
Like the Lakers to continue their momentum here. James has returned from injury at the perfect time and the Lakers are a much different team with him in the line-up. Back them to cover the +3 spread here.
