NBA Playoffs Betting Picks: Wednesday, June 2nd

Atlanta Hawks at New York Knicks

Madison Square Garden, 7:30pm ET
Atlanta took the initiative in the series with a win away from home in Game despite being the lower seed. That win put them in good stead going forward as they now approach Game 5 with a commanding 3-1 series lead.
Just about everything has gone to plan for the Hawks so far on the defensive end. They’ve had a stranglehold on Julius Randle who is having a nightmare series, which has left Derrick Rose to do a lot of the heavy lifting.
The Knicks offense has been a tough watch for the most part, but great players like Randle don’t stay in a funk for too long. He simply has to get going in this crucial Game 5 and we’re prepared to back him and the Knicks into extend the series.

Memphis Grizzlies at Utah Jazz

Vivint Smart Home Arena, 9:30pm ET
Memphis showed they weren’t any ordinary 8th seed when they upstaged Utah on the road in Game 1 of this first round matchup; however, the 1 seed Jazz quickly gathered themselves and have gone onto win the next three games to go within one win of advancing to the second round.
This has been a fun series to watch due to the superb shotmaking skills both teams have displayed. We knew what we were going to get from the three All-Stars for the Jazz, but the young Grizzlies have also been impressive. Dillon Brooks has looked right at home in the playoffs with 20+ points in all four games, as has Ja Morant.
The Grizzlies have battled admirably for six straight games now if you include the Play-In games, but they just look to be finally running out of gas. At home and in good offensive rhythm, we have the Jazz taking care of business with an easy win to send the Grizzlies home.

Dallas Mavericks at Los Angeles Clippers

Staples Center, 10pm ET
Dallas shocked the basketball world when they stole not one but two games on the road to start this series against the Clippers. The 4 seed were able to regather themselves when they hit the road however, returning serve with two away wins of their own to level things up at 2-2 as we head into Game 5.
Unfortunately for the Mavericks, superstar guard Luka Doncic suffered a neck injury in Game 3 that continues to linger and affect his play. In contrast, the Clippers’ superstar duo of Kawhi Leonard and Paul George are fit and firing, which has turned this series on its head.
The Mavericks looked fantastic in the first three games of the series when they were shooting the absolute lights out from deep, but they cooled off in Game 4 and it looks as though law of averages is starting to even things out. Add in the injury to Luka Doncic that is halting his play, and the Clippers look the goods to win this comfortably to go up 3-2 in the series.
