his could be a bit of an interesting one for Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals. In a weird scheduling quirk, just one of their last eight games has come on the road, so they’ll surely feel a bit uncomfortable as they travel to Tennessee to take on the Titans on Saturday afternoon. They were great against the Raiders last week, but I feel like they’ll need to go up a gear if they want to be competitive here.

The Titans are coming off the bye round, and how imporatant it was to give star running back Derrick Henry a vital extra week of recovery. The best RB in the league will play his first game since all the way back in Week 8 when he injured his foot, but even at 60%, there’s no doubt the Titans are a better side with him in the line-up.

I think the Titans will likely be leaning pretty heavily on their backfield here, so that should slow the pace of this game somewhat. The Bengals are capable of breaking big plays every now and then but aren’t really a team that is going to score on multiple drives in a quarter. I think this one could come down to the final drive either way, and can see it being in the range of a 23-20 game. Back the unders here.

Weather, cold, wind chill and unders have been the key words revolving this game in the lead up. With below freezing temperatures and single digit wind chill expected, anyone would think that the Packers will win this one in a low scoring affair. However, it’s what we thought about the Patriots in a freezing Buffalo last week, but that game ended up being a high scoring blowout in favour of the Bills.

The Packers will be on the back of the bye and they have no doubt been one of the best teams in the entire NFL this season. Aaron Rodgers has made a name for himself in cold weather games, being able to complete passes in the toughest of conditions.

I think the weather certainly affects the 49ers more than the Packers here. With the talent disparity at quarterback and the gun offensive players at Rodgers disposal in both the ground and air game, I think the Packers can win this one by a touchdown or more. Back them at the line.

LA Rams

LA Rams at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

This one just has over written all over it for me. I won’t run you through all the info about these teams that you already know, instead I’ll outline all the reasons why I think this Rams-Bucs game is going over 48.0.

The Bucs were the 2nd highest scoring team in the league this season, averaging 30.1 points per game. The Rams were the 7th highest scoring team, averaging 27.1 points per game. In the last six games between these two teams dating back to 2015, there has been a ridiculous average of 65.4 points per game.

The Rams put up 34 points last week on the back of brilliant games from Stafford and Kupp while the Bucs put up 31 on the back of 271 yards and two touchdowns from Tom Brady. This will be a shootout.

Two teams that were super impressive in the wild card round and have real claims to the AFC throne will battle it out in the game of the round on Sunday night. This one has that feeling that whoever wins will go on to compete in the Super Bowl, so it’s make or break for the Bills and Chiefs.

Like the game above, I also like the overs here. These two teams both have dynamic offences that put up a combined 89 points last week. They are ranked 3rd and 4th for points scored per game this season and have arguably the two most exciting quarterbacks in the league.

The last two games between these two AFC rivals have resulted in 58 points and 62 points respectively. I think this is a bit of a shootout to make make for a very high scoring Sunday.
